The network bouncers have now moved to a more powerful host and now have a dedicated hostname just in case we need to upgrade to a more powerful server again. The bouncers are now available at bouncer.digitalirc.org port 8000 for both IRC connections and for the web admin interface.
Tubes has been added to the IRC Network. While it is open to outside connections it is primarily aimed to be the new host for the bouncers, since it has more power and a better processor. It does not currently support IPv6 native connections and has SSL on the standard port (6697)
